Kevin Kavanaugh is the Founding Partner and President of The Kavanaugh Law Firm.

Kevin earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois. While in college, he studied as a Chick Evans Scholar and earned Dean’s List distinction multiple times. Kevin earned his Juris Doctor degree from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago. While in law school, he studied as a Dean’s Scholar and completed a Judicial Externship with the Honorable Edward R. Burr of the Circuit Court of Cook County.

Kevin is a member of both the Michigan and Illinois State Bars. He is admitted to practice in all Michigan Courts including both Federal District Courts. Kevin began his legal career with a law firm in Troy, Michigan, focusing on surety and construction law matters. Later, Kevin worked for a mid-size construction and business law firm in Detroit before starting his own firm.
